Job Description:
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Utility Systems Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of dry utility systems across various infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Develop comprehensive designs and plans for dry utility systems, including electrical, telecommunications, and other essential services, tailored to specific project requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, standards, and best practices, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to seamlessly integrate dry utility systems into overall project designs.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation to support project execution and future reference.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and to facilitate smooth project progression.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on dry utilities, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Regional Expertise: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a deep understanding of local regulations and practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of dry utility systems, including design and construction practices, with proficiency in using engineering design software and tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
